Where can I find my access details?
You should receive an email with your login instructions, which will include a username and password. You can then log in to your learning here. If you didn’t receive this, please visit here and reset your username & password.
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgotten your password or username? and follow the on-screen instructions.
I have selected “Manage the training for someone else”. How do I allocate the training to my staff?

Which devices can I use?
You can use any device (phone, tablet, laptop/PC) for your online training, but the assessment must be taken on a laptop or PC.
Will my certificate be posted to me?
We don’t send a physical copy of the certificate by post. You can download an e-certificate by clicking “Your Certificates” in your learning dashboard.
